The idea of home (sweet home) has undergone sea changes as the concepts of shelter, coziness, freedom and movement have now been replaced by new luxury homes. The concept of luxury home condos with a spot of elegance and "style at a steal" are much in vogue these days. Simone Micheli is the Italian based designer who had finished a house for himself and his family in Florence, Italy. The concept of a luxury home but still classic is well exhibited through this new luxury home. It is a residence made of 90% eco compatible materials and it is an authentic hyper realist portrait of the "Ethical Luxury" which is one of the main focuses of his daily architectural searching. It is a dynamic, extremely fresh and vivid intervention taking place in an ancient 1800 setting which has converted these spaces laden with memories into a new environment capable of hosting meaningful fragments connected with a fast and unstoppable metropolitan life.
