With the low prices of houses recently, many people are house hunting to buy a new home. New home buyers, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie for example, have just expanded their property empire with a multi-million dollar investment. With homes located all over the world, including New Orleans, Louisiana and Los Angeles, the couple have decided to expand their property profile one more time.

The mansion purchased in Valpolicella, Italy for $40 million, is the couple's strategic move to privately spend several months as part of their summer vacation living in Italy with their six children. The luxury villa includes two swimming pools with waterfalls, jacuzzi tubs, a cinema room and a gym with the latest gym equipment. The mansion is also surrounded by a large park, which is ideal for their six children to play in.
