With the low prices of houses recently, many people are house hunting to buy a new home. New home buyers, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie for example, have just expanded their property empire with a multi-million dollar investment. With homes located all over the world, including New Orleans, Louisiana and Los Angeles, the couple have decided to expand their property profile one more time.

The mansion purchased in Valpolicella, Italy for $40 million, is the couple's strategic move to privately spend several months as part of their summer vacation living in Italy with their six children. The luxury villa includes two swimming pools with waterfalls, jacuzzi tubs, a cinema room and a gym with the latest gym equipment. The mansion is also surrounded by a large park, which is ideal for their six children to play in.

When it comes to buying new homes, a recent article by the Associated Press states that credit card ratings are becoming more valuable in order to receive home loans.

Although applications of home loans have decreased by 3.1% during the last year, majority of those who have applied have not been approved to receive home loans.

The Associated Press believes that even if you are thinking of purchasing down the track, it is always important to consider how your credit scores rate to ensure you have the option of home loans. This recommendation for future owners is important particularly for young buyers who are in the market to buy a home and have poor credit card ratings due to debt.

Finding your perfect home is not an easy task! It would seem that the only problem to finding your perfect home would be the cost of buying it. If only it was that simple. Regardless of how much money you have to spend, finding the perfect home means first deciding what the perfect home is.

If you are the only person making the decision then the task is much easier than if several people are involved. Most of us can not even decide what we want to eat for supper; never mind what constitutes our perfect house.

If you are in the envious position of trying to find your perfect house, start by writing down what you are looking for. Do you want a city home or a country home; do you want a condominium, townhouse, or house? Do you want a garden, a pool, a garage?

Even the most simple decisions are not so simple when you start writing them down. So, before you embark on viewing houses, establish what type of home you want to live in.

A man from Argentina has built his massive home completely from abandoned beer bottles. It has taken him 6,000,000 bottles and nearly 2 decades but he has done something pretty awesome.

What is even more awesome about Tito is that he is so concerned with making the world greener that he is willing to give advice and guidance on how to build your own bottle home to anyone who wishes to listen. He has even provided a number on his website that you can call to find out more.
